Application
This pressure gauge is suitable for measuring the pressure of non-crystalline, non-solidified explosive mixtures or non-explosive media in places with explosion hazards. It is used in conjunction with electrical devices (such as relays and contactors) that have corresponding explosion-proof function or have taken corresponding safety measures. It can realize the purpose of automatic control and sending alarms in the controlled system.
This pressure gauge has measurement and control functions. It can be arbitrarily set the upper or lower pressure limits, and the indication is stable and reliable. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, power station, metallurgy, water supply and other industrial and electromechanical equipments.
Theory
An explosion-proof electric contact pressure gauge is composed of an explosion-proof case, a measuring system, an electric contact assembly, a adjusting device and a junction box.
The case has good explosion-proof performance and can prevent the influence caused by sparks or arcs generated during normal operation.
The gauge can withstand the pressure generated by the explosion of the explosive gas mixture in the case, and can effectively prevent the heat energy generated from being transmitted to the outside. Heat energy slowly diffuses from the inside along the tiny gaps on the surface of the explosion-proof joint. When thermal energy is transferred to the outside of the enclosure, the temperature has dropped below the ignition temperature of the explosive gas mixture. So it won't cause an explosion.
When the elastic element or Bourdon tube in the measurement system is elastically deformed, the mechanical transmission drives the contacts in the electrical contact assembly to close or open, thereby turning on or off the circuit in the voltage control system, and realizing automatic control through alarm and on-site instructions.

Operation
■Wiring operation should be carried out by qualified electrician.
■ When switching or debugging the control part, the control circuit should be disconnected, and the power can be switched on after the operation is completed.
■Please read the instructions carefully and carefully before use.
■ In the environment with violent pressure change or vibration and pulsation, the pressure gauge needs to be equipped with protective device.
■When you install or remove the gauge, please do not pull its case by hand, please use a special wrench for installation or removal.
■To measure oxygen, acetylene or other flammable gases, please use pressure gauges with oil prohibition signs.
■Please install the gauge horizontally or vertically.
■The normal working ambient temperature of the pressure gauge is - 40 ℃~+70 ℃, and the relative humidity should be less than 85%.
